Sign Rails - Internal & External
TS Sign Rails are a fastening system for large format digital prints that is replacing the current complex methods that are being used today.

Many large corporations in Europe, Asia and America are already using TS Sign Rails for billboards, lightboxes, rigid trucksides and backdrops with outstanding results.

TS Sign Rails are ideal for one piece mounting of PVC or similar in one structure.

This patented system allows, through a special clamping system, a digital print to be fixed between a special aluminium profile and a hard PVC Tension Rod.

TS Sign Rails can support media up to 600gsm.

Independant scientific tests have certified the force required to cause detachment is up to 1400kg per lineal meter (winds of up to 200km p/h).

Large signs have been made using this rail system, some on the side of buildings as large 10M high x 5M wide and 5M hight x 60M long, with bends in the design.

Billboards
New Billboards are made very easily using TS Sign Rails. The Rails can be attached to many surfaces such as walls and posts. Double-sided Billboards are also easily accomplished with this system.

Existing Billboards can be converted to the TS Sign Rail System by simply screwing the TS Rail onto the front of the Billboard

The vinyl skin can be attached either on the outside edge or the front edge of the rail depending on access and the final finish required.

A vinyl skin is quickly removed by peeling out the PVC strip.

LightBoxes
Very large format lightboxes are acheived using TS Sign Rails. Internal maintenance is as access is easy by peeling off the pvc strip and work through the front of the sign, or a hinged system can be used.

Rigid Truck Sides
This rail system is also strong enough that it can be used on Trucks.

Backdrops & Suspended Ceilings
Sign Rails can be used for lightweight backdrops and suspended ceilings at events, exibitions, trade shows, retail and shop fitouts.
